These products are generally for use in paraffin to increase burn time and improve the look. Of course the palm based wax improver may be used in any of the natural waxes also without taking away their 'vegetable origin' status.

This is palm based product generally used in paraffin candles to increase the general melt temperature, and therefore the burn time, and also improve the opacity of the finished candle. Recommended use is 10% (use 100gm to each 1kgbut rate can be up to 25%. It can be used successfully in natural candle wax to increase the melt temperature and harden softer waxes.
Used in very small quantities, this product is a flame retardant, slowing the burn to make a long lasting candle. Be cautious using this - 1 or 2% only - 10-20gm per kg wax. This product also increases the opacity of paraffin for a better looking candle, removing all flaws from its exterior.
