Orders are packed within 24 hours of receipt of payment. At busy moments there be a 24 hours delay, for example after a long weekend or nearer to Christmas. Even with extra staff, it is wise to plan and allow extra time, as transit times may also increase.
It is unfair to delay other customers' orders if you ask to 'jump the queue' - we respect all our customers, so please plan ahead.
Please include 'safe to leave' in the message area if a signature is not required. Otherwise a card will be left and you have 5 days to organise re-delivery/collection.
